About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for managing relationships and requisitions across various technical disciplines. Becoming an expert on our company culture, business model, and the industry in which we operate, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will be a strategic advisor and enable managers, directors, and VPs to effectively plan their workforce requirements, develop their interview teams’ skills, and influence their efforts to make sound hiring decisions.

Building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates and leveraging your best judgment, you will ensure that our high standards for hiring are consistently met. As an ambassador for our company, you will cultivate strong candidate relationships ensuring an outstanding experience throughout our hiring process.
This is a highly visible and engaging role with direct access to all levels of our multi-billion dollar company’s leadership team. At ZT Systems our Talent Consultants bridge the worlds of recruiting and human resources by providing a consultative and informed approach to both. We would consider a leadership- type role for the right individual.

First and foremost, you must bring experience as an influencer and a track record of gaining the confidence of our hiring stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and your peers; provide leadership in the area of technical talent acquisition, strategic planning, communication, and candidate pipelining.
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead, Manager or Director will be critical to your success.
Provide a consultative approach when conducting discovery for technical requirements, team fit, and overall organizational integration.
Assist hiring managers craft compelling job descriptions
Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates
Develop candidate profiles, execute on candidate generation strategies and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Thoroughly evaluate candidates, prepare written professional summaries and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner
Use sound business judgment and common sense when approaching obstacles and solving problems during candidate searches and other HR activities

Minimum Qualifications
Experience as a lead, manager, or director in a corporate TA organization
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to generate creative approaches and techniques
Proven relationship management and development skills
Business acumen and ability to understand business strategies in complex high technology industries
Ability to manage and drive projects within a matrixed environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex organization
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Expert on resume search portals, using search engines, passive techniques, cold calling and utilizing social media tools to identify candidates
Proven problem-solving capability with people, process and programs
8+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Emphasis on IT, Engineering, and validation/testing in a hardware environment
Hardware or consumer electronics industry is a plus
