What you'll do on a typical day:
* Coordinate the assignment of assembly orders * Monitor the status of assembly orders for issues and completion * Close out orders for technician payments * Ensure compliance with scheduling and customer contact requirements * Respond to internal and external customer calls regarding orders * Communicate with technicians and assemblers on assembly order status
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of logistics or customer service experience * Proficiency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
It'd be great if you also have:
* Bachelor's degree * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience * Ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications * Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment * Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources
