The Programmatic Coordinator is the foundation of a fast paced, solutions-oriented team. As a Programmatic Coordinator, you will work closely with Programmatic Specialists, Analysts, and Managers to own the success of programmatic advertising campaigns. The responsibilities of this role include setting up and optimizing programmatic media campaigns, ensuring accurate and consistent record keeping of campaign details, and helping develop insights and strategies for clients. It requires learning to use multiple platforms, developing an understanding of the digital media industry, and becoming an expert in client services through ongoing training and mentorship. The role is designed to provide the opportunities and education needed to excel in the programmatic industry.
Responsibilities/What You'll Do
* Manage the media campaign setup process, including inputting data from media plans, receiving and processing creative from agencies, and building campaigns in delivery platforms (DSPs). * Monitor campaign spend and proactively optimize campaigns in delivery platforms. * Own and update campaign management tools to maintain records of advertiser budgets and plans. * Set up data collection from advertiser websites by creating trackers and ensuring they are implemented. * Manage communications with external partners. * Help create media plans and proposals. * Participate in status meetings with agency clients. * Assist with campaign analytics, derive insights from data, and contribute strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and pacing. * Collaborate with various internal teams including Finance, Ad Ops, Analytics, Partnerships, Technology, and Creative Services to execute campaigns.
Qualifications/Who You Are
* 1 year of experience (including Internships) within the digital space is highly desirable * Associate degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related degree is preferred * Prior knowledge of media buying and audience data is highly encouraged * Enthusiasm and interest in learning quickly and developing knowledge in Programmatic Media * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate issues and findings * Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables with close attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically being adept with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * An analytical mindset with strong innovative, critical-thinking and decision-making skills * Positive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively * Experience working with media platforms, programmatic services and DSPs a plus
