Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute digital marketing, ecommerce and demand generation campaigns to support CT's business growth and retention goals
* Lead the team that drives digital marketing strategies as a key revenue and lead generating engine for the entire CT business
* Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of best practices in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), content management systems (CMS), email and demand generation marketing
* Analyze digital marketing programs and campaigns for their impact
* Partner with segment, sales and service colleagues to develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain the business
* Manage and grow direct reports

Qualifications:

* A minimum of ten years of marketing experience with at least eight years in a marketing/ecommerce website function, as well as three years managing/leading a team
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Experience with the end-to-end ecommerce processes
* Expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, SEO/SEM and website best practices
* Strong project management, & track record of being exceptionally organized with excellent follow up. Attention to detail and accurate follow-up skills are critical.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence business partners
* Deep knowledge of website technology as it relates to marketing, user experience, and ecommerce
* Ability to understand and speak with technical developer tams about website technology
