Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business. Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit-s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. Required Qualifications 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Other Desired Qualifications 10+ years business systems analysis experience 6+ years experience as a SharePoint 2013, 2106 Administrator for large Enterprise organizations 6+ years leading Enterprise grade SharePoint development and implementation efforts 5+ years building custom SharePoint forms with InfoPath 5+ years leading and documenting detailed requirements for fulfilling SharePoint requests 5+ years experience leading SharePoint content migrations 3+ years change management experience 3+ years experience with Sharegate Excellent verbal, written and communication skills 5+ years experience with IBM Filenet, Documentum and other Enterprise grade Document Management Systems. 5+ years experience perform business systems analysis 3+ software working within the software development life-cycle 3+ years experience building custom SharePoint forms with DFFS(Dynamic Forms For SharePoint) Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
