Early Childhood Education Teacher Our Mission: To help children achieve their greatest potential by providing them with safe and supportive learning environments that respect their individuality, and nurture their capacity to engage in social interactions. We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher to work in our Direct Teaching Classroom with preschool age children (2 6 years old) that have special needs teaching them basic early learning skills. Our classrooms are supported by 4 5 teacher assistants (BHP'S). You are supported by and gain experience from a highly skilled multidisciplinary team that includes speech and occupational therapists, a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, and a Special Education Teacher. This is a full time, year round position. The Early Childhood Classroom Teacher will be in charge of : Planning and implementing individualized daily instructionOversee and support a team of providers within your classroom to ensure the highest quality of individualized instruction and interventionsWork with the Early Childhood Team to create a comprehensive program addressing all areas of development to ensure our students are meeting their developmental milestones socially, academically, cognitively, behaviorally, and emotionallyOversee and support students’ progress, programs and assessmentsDaily documentation and tracking of goals is required. We are looking for staff that are passionate about serving as nurturing and supportive role models, are team players, and are looking to join a dedicated, diverse group of teachers, therapists, and clinicians.
