As Product Manager for the Customer Success team, you will interface with stakeholders and set the goals and priorities for a fast-paced, revenue-oriented team of 4 -5 engineers. The Customer Success team is dedicated to supporting the most urgent and revenue-critical needs of our business which include custom campaign builds, critical bug fixes, new partner integrations and revenue systems support. In addition to building and maintaining strong relationships with the team and its stakeholders, you will be accountable for ensuring the team is always working on the projects that are most impactful to the business. This role is part of the Revenue Product group.

What you'll do:

* Find patterns in repeated tasks, and exploring products (built or otherwise) to reduce the time and human cost of servicing these tasks
* Constantly communicate goals, priorities and timelines with stakeholders and team members.
* Run weekly sprint planning and daily stand-ups
* Prioritize planned work for the team both proactively and on a case by case basis
* Identify and create space for projects that provide a long term win, alongside the short term work
* Provide insights into the status of current, upcoming and tabled projects to both the team and stakeholders
* Partner with Engineering Manager to document work requests, scope deliverables, and explore systems/products to scale output
* Balance timeline, budget and resource constraints to see projects through to successful completion
* Manage engineering tasks, user stories, epics, sprint boards and backlogs in Jira

What you'll bring:

* In-depth knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
* 3-5 years of experience working in ad tech, ad ops or the media industry
* 3-5 years of experience working with an engineering team
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to see the connection between smaller daily tasks and high level long term goals
* A graceful attitude towards change
