The Lahaina Vacation Services Center is our off-site Marketing & Finance office near downtown Lahaina. The LVSC houses our Marketing and Finance teams and offers a casual, fun and team-oriented atmosphere. Our LVSC Call-Center associates enjoy assisting our guests in creating their perfect Maui dream vacation. Our LVSC team services and supports associates and guests enjoying our beautiful ocean-front properties.
The Temporary Accounting Specialist (Casual) will perform work directly related to providing administrative support to the cost business activity, with a focus on tasks that relate to the financial aspects of the operation. This will include matters related to accounting, budgeting, forecasting, purchasing & receiving and other business activities. This is a temporary casual role that operates under direct supervision and will assist in completing a variety of financial, statistical and analytical projects in support of core business activity.
* Accounts Payable - processing, routing, coding invoices * Payroll/Compensation - prepare bonus calculations, track payments and accruals * Audit (Safe & inventory) * Purchasing & Receiving - manage ordering, receiving & processing collateral, promotional items, premiums and supplies. Maintain inventory levels in storage and coordinate deliveries to meet site needs. * Support monthly forecasts & annual budget * Assist in coodination of CAPEX process
* Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word * Must be able to perform work in an office environment on a computer, which requires long periods of sitting * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
