So we're hunting for the Dave Grohl / Beyonc of Creative Resource Managers to help implement workflow operations that will celebrate momentum and unleash our greatest hits.We want someone human, prolific and proactive with an obsession for tiny details and crisp communication. A juggling all star that can see into the future and use the past to inform this very moment.As the lungs of our department, you will coordinate day-to-day creative resourcing against inputs and outputs of briefs, pitches and project delivery. A positive mindset and appetite for excellence runs through the veins of our agency and you need to be the axis where that energy can thrive.If you've got what it takes, and are keen to set the world on fire (not literally), then these bullet points are for you.Responsibilities:* Proactively builds on a pre-existing network of contacts to vet for potential freelance creative resources.* Works with creative directors to assess talent needs, acts as point of contact to book and confirm talent.* Manage resourcing forecast spreadsheets for all departments based on input from internal business teams.* Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.* Monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues.* Maintains communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure positive workflow. Escalating exceptions and issues to Director level as needed.* Manage assigned projects, involved with client projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines.* Provide and maintain agency resource status - liaising with development teams, designers and commercial staff to provide accurate updates of resource needs.* Assist in managing the production of new business presentations and materials as assignedRequirements:* At least 3 years experience managing an internal team of creative resources and assets within a creative agency setting.* Understanding of creative processes within content creation and video production* Proven track record of managing priorities to help your creative team produce on time and top notch deliverables for their clients.* Ability to work closely with Executive Creative Director & designated creative leads to ensure they deliver what they need, when they need.* Ability to prioritize the workflow, and understand when to prioritize what project.* Excellent written and communication skills you know how to manage multiple personalities with ease and are a natural networker.* Track record of hiring freelance creative talent and can easily source and evaluate talent when needed for the team.* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.* Hungry attitude, go-getter work ethic, with the drive to help your team succeed.Posted by StartWire.
