Position: Retail Floor Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service / Sales EnvironmentModel Selling Manager RoleDirecting of Sales AssociatesAssist with ongoing training of Sales AssociatesCommunicate sales objectives and motivate sales staffResolve customer issues for resolutionsMaintain LP & Safety AwarenessMaintain visual standardsPerform all opening / closing management responsibilitiesEnsure compliance to all Core Policies and Procedures
OperationsOffsite storageHardware maintenance (CCTV, PC, POS, Handhelds, Printers)Assist Store Manager with operations trainingMark out of stocks: Defective, Damage product, employee allotments, charitable donationsMaintenance & placing of supply ordersInventory Control (Shipping & Receiving, transfers, alterations & repairs, known thefts, miss-mates, damages)Maintains organization & effectiveness of stockroom in compliance with Timberland standardsEnforcement of employee health and safety policies 75% of time on the sales floor
