What You Will Do

Establish and maintain relationships with the business units, HRBP s, and key partner groups to understand business needs, align project objectives, and ensure ongoing buy-in across leadership.

How You Will Make A Difference

  • Translate business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, deliverables, resources required, and key performance indicators.
  • Create project plans, including timelines and milestones.
  • Negotiate sufficient resources from shared services teams (i.e. IT, Corporate Communications) and other groups as appropriate.
  • Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Define project success criteria and communicate to team throughout project life cycle.
  • Manage and coordinate HR-related project activity resulting from business unit acquisitions.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and lead project team members. Influence project team to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Manage Requests for Proposals (RFP s) with vendors relating to HR projects.
  • Ensure appropriate change management activities are defined and included in all project plans.
  • Support the ongoing development of best practices and tools for HR project management and execution.
  • Conduct evaluations post completion to determine areas of opportunity for future success.
  • Ensure comprehensive and seamless project post-implementation transition.
  • Accountable for compliance with corporate standards (legal, methodology, etc.) throughout the delivery process
  • What You Bring

  • 7 10 years of experience in successfully managing multiple large, interrelated projects in HR function.
  • Talent Management experience preferred.
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining successful, cross functional relationships.
  • Experience leading meetings with executive level leadership.
  • Able to articulate value delivered in a manner that drives and influences stakeholders commitment and future partnership.
  • Understanding of financial management practices as it relates to projects and programs.
  • Significant experience managing risks effectively .
  • Deep understanding and application of delivery methodologies.
