Digital Marketplaces continue to be an important part of the retail ecosystem and for all of VFs brands and we are seeking a person to play a central function to support brands as they manage this business. This role will report directly to the VP, New Models and Partnerships with the goal to help set the vision and execute the objectives for assigned digital accounts leading partnership development, revenue growth, and marketing and operational efficiencies.
The leader will work collaboratively across brands, engage senior business and functional leaders to help manage and transform the consumer experience for our brands on these platforms, while maximizing VFs financial returns. This position will design and manage a center of excellence enabling skills, reporting, and sharing that the brands can tap into. The person will also ensure that there is a strong connection to our Direct-To-Consumer businesses. This position will also be a key corporate interface with large accounts.

Work collaboratively to develop Digital Titan strategy. Digital Titans are online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart/Jet.com, etc. that are innovating how consumer shop online. Develop a consumer-centric, integrated US Digital Titan strategy, aiming to create and capture incremental demand across digital channels. Provide strategic guidance to brand partners
Collaborate with the Digital/Technology organization, Demand Creation, Supply Chain/ Operations and HR to identify capability gaps, prioritize key investments, and develop a US digital marketplace roadmap to close the gaps with clear internal and external resource (e.g. agency) and talent needs.
Design pilots to test new measures, processes, methodologies to bring the agreed strategy to fruition.
Manage team of people focusing on Content + Search and Data Analytics with potential to scale team with additional roles as the business justifies. Scope of team focused on Amazon with continue opportunity to scale to additional marketplaces.
Conduct periodic reviews, training, and insights with the brands to ensure cross collaboration and communications. Run bi-annual Key Account Performance Review and Top-to-Tops.
Oversee the design and implementation of joint planning process. Guide the group key account directors to develop and manage multi-year account growth pipeline .
Act as a key advisor to the brands on specific topics as related to digital marketplaces.
Act a key account contact for Amazon and other future centrally managed marketplaces.
Drive towards clean marketplaces with strong pricing and product presentation. Drive operational excellence through partnership with operations team.
With team, serve as expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and business analytics for assigned accounts.
Work globally with other digital marketplace teams to align on any initiatives that span geographies with specific focus areas or key accounts.
Support development of relationships with marketing-focused accounts. As part of VF s broader Partnership development, work in coordination with the central marketing team to unlock more value with marketing-based partnerships around elements such as commerce, DTC analytics, etc.

10-15 year of professional experience in related fields (working with digital marketplaces, strategy or partnerships)
Strategic thinker. With the digital landscape evolving so quickly, the role needs to have excellent strategic skills, with the ability to chart the right course and make agile alterations when needed.
Proven track record of setting and deploying growth strategies across large organization, sales and/or marketing and general management experience a plus
Clear Communicator: Highly effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Manage complexity and use influencing. Seasoned leader who has proven ability operating within VF s large scale and outside partners. Has strong influencing skills and working knowledge of navigating through matrix organizations. Able to build relationships and effectively manage conflict and drive change.

Executing for results. Strategic insight must be coupled with a strong execution orientation and an ability to deliver results despite the complex and fluid environment.
Commercially digital savvy. Working knowledge with web, mobile and social media fundamentals. Can prompt the right business questions of the product managers and data scientists.
Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and humbleness. This is particularly important, as those skilled in new digital tools and channels may view the world differently from others in more traditional parts of the business.
Data Driven. Preferred skills around data driven measurement and/or digital attribution
