What You Will Do
The North Face operates 115+ Full Price and Outlet retail stores throughout North America. The Retail channel is rapidly growing for the brand and there is a need for greater brand impact alignment and integration across Retail channels. The Manager in store brand experience will be responsible for executing compelling in store visual and graphic campaigns that support windows, in store signage, propping, 3 d elements and specialty fixtures. Tight focus on creating a holistic experience to achieve clarity in messaging and elevate brand heritage and storytelling.
This Role will Collaborate cross functionally on campaign development and drive innovative creative and implementation across all Direct to Consumer channels (FP and Outlet). Based on the strategy set by the DTC team, the role is responsible for developing and implementing retail campaigns to support key business objectives, including commercial brand campaigns, events, traffic driving initiatives and new concepts. Reporting to the Director of VM and Retail Marketing, the role is also responsible for planning and managing budgets, developing campaign briefs and working with creative agencies to build out campaigns.
