What You Will Do

The North Face operates 115+ Full Price and Outlet retail stores throughout North America. The Retail channel is rapidly growing for the brand and there is a need for greater brand impact alignment and integration across Retail channels. The Manager in store brand experience will be responsible for executing compelling in store visual and graphic campaigns that support windows, in store signage, propping, 3 d elements and specialty fixtures. Tight focus on creating a holistic experience to achieve clarity in messaging and elevate brand heritage and storytelling.

This Role will Collaborate cross functionally on campaign development and drive innovative creative and implementation across all Direct to Consumer channels (FP and Outlet). Based on the strategy set by the DTC team, the role is responsible for developing and implementing retail campaigns to support key business objectives, including commercial brand campaigns, events, traffic driving initiatives and new concepts. Reporting to the Director of VM and Retail Marketing, the role is also responsible for planning and managing budgets, developing campaign briefs and working with creative agencies to build out campaigns.

How You Will Make A Difference

  • Create, Develop and execute innovative in store support for monthly brand campaigns including flagship windows, flagship, shop in shops, fleet windows and concept stores,
  • Create, Develop and consistently execute an impactful brand in store experience through mindful integration of windows, in store signage and elements signage all in store POP and 3d elements-
  • Drive and execute compelling storytelling at store level through close collaboration with VM, team leadership, merchants and marketing teams
  • Collaborate and drive creative concepts at executive level and manage projects and expectations with competing timelines proactively.
  • Elevate in store execution and impact through seasonal cross functional holistic planning and execution
  • Strategic development and execution of traffic driving campaigns and initiatives for Full Price and Outlet channel- analyze results and build out recommendations for future programs and campaigns.
  • Proactively manage and plan competing projects and budgets.
  • Focused management of creative agencies and relationships for timely, high quality deliverables within budget.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders (VM and Retail Team / Marketing /Ops / Brand / DTC field)
  • Communicate the integrated plans and tactics internally and provide store network with required campaign information and set-up to support campaigns.
  • Lead cross functional field management collaboration to partner and update on all initiatives.

  • What You Bring

  • Proven track record of executing compelling creative for global brands, *Current portfolio is required
  • Proven Ability to concept and execute creative through proactive professional leadership and gusto
  • Self starter and ability to work with limited resources while managing competing priorities,
  • Educational/Position Requirements: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent combination of years of experience and education.
  • Management Experience: 3 5 years
  • 7+ years of brand and retail store marketing experience.
  • Brand initiative development and execution experience
  • Proven track record of the ability to strategically develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners and to work cross functionally.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Highly organized, deadline driven and flexible

  • Proven Creative strategy and concept development skills

  • 3d rendering capabilities

  • Adobe suite- Photoshop , Illustrator

  • Excel budgets and project management

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Work in stores to support installations
