Leads the design, communication and compliance of benefit programs outside the US in collaboration with Regions. Manages and implements global mobility policies and provides guidance on ways to effectively deliver on global mobility.
Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in strategy planning and collaborate with business subject matter experts, Region HR Business Partners and Rewards Leaders, external vendors and/or various other internal stakeholders both locally and globally to understand stakeholder needs, drive efficiency, and align benefits and mobility programs and activities. Provide high quality consultation pertaining to cost effective mobility solutions, immigration, tax and general relocation requirements Manage relationships with service partners for relocation, immigration, and tax with particular focus on promoting accountability and operational excellence. Review and track global benefits programs, identify industry and regional trends, and prepare business cases that support the organization s objectives. Collaborate with other functions and regions to drive overall insurances strategies around multi-national pools, etc. Ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare financial reports to assess benefit and mobility costs and identify trends to support efficient and effective delivery of programs. Maintain strong relationships with HR operations, payroll, corporate finance, and accounting. Partner with HR Operations to manage the administration of mobility and immigration services. Lead benefit integration activities of acquisitions outside the US
Competencies Bachelor s Degree 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the design and administration of global benefits and mobility programs, including expatriate programs, relocation policies and processes, immigration requirements and tax processes related to mobility Excellent understanding of global best practices, current trends, market benchmarks Self-starter with the ability to manage programs and projects with minimal guidance Customer-focused, with the ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence Strong project management and effective organizational skills; ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to present views in clear and compelling manner Anticipates internal and external challenges or hurdles; recommends new and innovative solutions to complex problems Global mindset is necessary* The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
