We are looking for a B2B Supervisor (Eagle Creek) to join our VF Family.

The B2B Supervisor will work with Sales, Customer Service, and the website provider PlumRiver, to support online order entry and establish associated control-related standards and procedures for the Sales Team and Dealers.
How You Will Make A Difference:
Manage accurate and efficient data loads and data maintenance on the wholesale B2B site.
Maintain clear and complete documentation of the processes by which information is loaded and maintained online.
Identify, prioritize, request and implement best practices and enhancements to business processes and functionality that result in a best-in-class service experience, with the end goal of a seamless service experience between Customer Service and B2B.
Work collaboratively and strategically with Sales, Planning, Forecasting and Customer Service to define seasonal timelines and determine how to best support seasonal sales programs.
Work collaboratively and strategically with Sales, Marketing and RDD to create an immersive brand experience for dealers that mirrors the B2C site, while remaining relevant to dealers business needs.
Collaborate with other Coalition B2B team members to standardize department processes and site functionality across brands wherever possible, while maintaining awareness of, and championing, the business needs.
Continually increase technical and business knowledge as it relates to the Business-to-Business landscape by identifying and creating research and training opportunities.
Provide additional Sales Operations support as needed and as schedule permits.
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years in any combination of Outdoor or Sporting Goods Retail, Inventory Management, Planning/Forecasting, Special Market, Military or Pro Sales, or Sales Operations/Customer Service for an Apparel or Footwear manufacturer.
Familiarity with the Outdoor Industry, the seasonal manufacturing cycle, the retail buying process, and/or order entry/management.
Significant expertise (2+ years) in Excel, in the audit and management of large data sets.
Experience building/troubleshooting macros is highly desirable.
Knowledge of EDI, MDM, SAP and FTP is highly desirable.
Previous experience in an eCommerce environment is highly desirable.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
