The Relationship Sales Manager is a relationship, sales and service professional that would handle high net worth individuals, as well as, support Territory Sales Managers with business client's needs. They must be well versed in all our business and consumer products including cash management.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Support Territory Sales Managers in handling client issues and requests, including but not limited to follow up on existing transactions, preparing and processing documents related to new and existing business clients; serve as the customer's liaison with internal departments.* Act as the second contact point for business clients behind the Territory Sales Manager, providing expertise in all products and services.* Manage and service a portfolio of high net worth consumer and business clients; developing and maintaining consistent contact, providing current bank promotions to expand wallet share and maximize the client's total banking, with the goal of acquiring 100% of the client's business.* Possess the knowledge of the entire bank's consumer and commercial deposits product line, wealth management and Insurance products, cash management and commercial loans as well as external partner products and services. Perform banking transactions in conjunction with the branch that would include wire transfers, new accounts or any other service that the client is requesting.* Seek opportunities for referrals to new clients through existing portfolio, as well as, attention to new relationships initiated in the branches within the territory.* Support the Bank's Strategic Plan as well as, Retail Banking promotions and initiatives. Serve as an expert on these initiatives.* Back up other Relationship Sales Managers during absences.* Possess strong and effective oral and written communication skills.* Exercise knowledge of risk management, loss prevention and follow the bank's CIP / KYC requirements.* Report suspicious / unusual activity to the BSA / AML department.* \"Everything to Someone\" Service Model-Support program during branch visits. Ability to complete Observation forms and provide feedback.* Manage CRA Initiatives for the Division; this includes planning events and tracking & inputting results when and where necessary.Required Skills:* Ability to prioritize and organize.* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.* Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.* Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.* Sales Force - Abiltiy to input and navigate through the entire site.Required Experience:* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of seven years' sales/business development experience.* Must be registered with the federal Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLSR) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act (as deemed necessary).* Bachelor's Degree from a four year college or university and sales/business development experience with a bank, credit union, or other financial institution preferred.
