The Group Sales & Service Coordinator reports directly to the Sales Manager;
ensures all administrative expectations are achieved on a daily basis.

The successful candidate has the motivation and ability to pick up new
knowledge and skills fast and flexibly. They are able to establish and maintain
cooperative working relationships, handle increased pressure and act with
dignity and integrity.

* Provide superior service to internal and external guests
* Responsible for servicing of day groups
* Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail
* Create banquet event order (BEO) utilizing Delphi FDC and distribute
* Support all administrative duties as related to the sales function
* Monitor leads from online and phone inquiries
* Prepare & distribute contracts to external customers and internal
* Produce resort-wide department communication which may include: updates,
memos, site alerts, group sales outlook, booking & distributing internal
* Delphi administrator for resort: maintain accurate records in FDC/
physical folders; FDC weekly/monthly/ quarterly reports
* Organizes and keeps information in shared sales network folders or in the
sales systems including contracts and other information
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge of conference service
operations and sales processes including attending educational workshops
and training courses
* Responsible for assistance in execution of familiarization trips and in-
market travel
* Support upsell all resort lines of business and products
* Additional support as requested by the Mount Sunapee Sales Manager and
the Regional Director of Sales

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education
and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
* Strong computer skills including excel; knowledge of Delphi/Salesforce
system preferred.
* Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
* Spelling & grammar accuracy
* Maintain appearance standards as appropriate for our resort guests
* Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships with a variety of individuals
and departments
* Participate in departmental/ company-wide initiatives to drive internal
and external customer experiences
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Highly organized with strong time management instincts.
