This full-time, University Staff(non-classified) position will provide front desk/reception support to the CU Dermatology Clinic inBoulder, Colorado . Responsibilities will include:greetingall visitors at the front desk; completing all check-in activities;directpatients to the appropriate area; and scheduling appointments on thephone orin person. This role will also provideassistance with variousinsurance related activities such as referral andcoverage verification, dataentry of demographic information, scanning andfiling, generating dailyworksheets, new onset coordination, and othermiscellaneous duties as assigned. _Examples of Work Performed:_ Answersincoming phone calls. Respondsto triages inquiries. Checks-in/checksout patients. Schedulespatient appointments. Collectsco-pay information/documentation. Verifiesand updates demographic and PCP information. Generatescharge forms. Obtainreferrals for visits as needed. Providesassistance and directs visitors to the appropriate clinic personnel.
