Join the Collins Aerospace IMS team as an Associate Implementation Manager as we move forward into a new era of digitally connected aircraft with the launch of our new Flight Operations and Maintenance Exchanger (FOMAX) solution for the Airbus A320 and A330 fleet of aircraft.
The Collins FOMAX solution integrates aircraft systems, ground network infrastructure, and aviation applications elements. The aircraft element is based on Collins Aerospace’ SSR-7000 Secure Server Router which can collect vast amounts of aircraft maintenance and performance data, and automatically sends it to ground-based operations for processing and analytics using multiple pathways including Wi-Fi and cellular 4G services. To support the airborne component, the Collins Aerospace IMS division has developed the necessary IP-based network infrastructure and a growing set of applications that bring new and secure mobile applications to the crew. These efficiency applications can include products such as weather, flight planning, logbooks, and maintenance prediction and performance calculators.
Provide daily technical and business support to the FOMAX service for the onboarding of new customers and/or the addition of new products and services to our existing customers. Provide lifecycle customer guidance and support including diagnostic troubleshooting to resolve customer connectivity and applications problems. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced FOMAX Implementation Manager as well as Engineering subject matter experts, and to grow into a knowledgeable and successful Implementation Manager for key airline accounts.
