The individual should have experience in consultative sales with an emphasis on sales or consulting directly to industry firms and corporations.Description:Research prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, yellow pages, various professional directories and personal investigationSource and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (tradeshows, regional organizations, etc.)Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them by using knowledge of each industry and organizationFormulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsGenerate daily outreach efforts to prospective clientsBuild a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales processUnderstand and articulate TransPerfects full line of business offerings, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages, and identify and refer opportunities within each of these areas to specialist sales and client service teams to closeDevelop project budgets and create proposals while also managing all MSA, SOW, price negotiationsSet and manage client expectations while consulting with each client for best practicesManage and control pricing and contractual issuesTravel (including multiple annual conferences, client meetings) - domestic and/or internationalRequired Skills:At least 3-7 of sales experienceMinimum Bachelors degree or equivalentSales life cycle experience - from lead generation through business closingProven track record in achieving sales targetsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsEffective time managementTransPerfect provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
