Responsibilities

In this position, the Service Center Representative is responsible for accurately processing and updating service orders that are received in the department. The Service Center Representative ensures that daily production quotas are met, as well as provides management with frequent updates for all assigned service orders. While continously ensuring security of the merchandise for each assigned service order, the Representative stages these orders for movement through the department.

As the NY Service Center Representative, you will physically and systematically process and update service orders according to departmental production and quality standards via the Repair System. In addition, the Representative will act as a liaison to the Repair Services technical staff by troubleshooting service issues and assisting in the response to internal customer inquiries within the established time frames. The Representative will also partner with management and Tiffany Service Center Order Planners to prioritize and manage the work flow of service orders, and assist management with projects when necessary.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong Analytical skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* 2+ years experience in an administrative business environment
* Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
* Organized and detail oriented
* Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
* Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications:

* A college/university degree.
* Experience in a technical environment
