The Manager, Global Client Development Retail Activation will be a key contributor to Tiffany & Co's Global Client Development Strategy, driving sales growth and ongoing loyalty from both new and existing customers.
This manager will be responsible for continuing to develop a relationship-based mindset across our Global Tiffany stores.
This includes enhancing the strategy and increasing the impact of core content for retail team trainings, guidelines and communications. In addition, managing the global CRM & Client Development network to ensure strong use of clienteling tools, facilitate impactful best practice & success story sharing as well as the creation and implementation of focused action plans to accomplish client development goals.
This position will report into the Director, Global Client Development and will partner closely with Global Sales Operations, Global Education and Regional CRM to develop, launch, refine and scale global client development activities that align with omnichannel activities and retail priorities.
S/he must have a client centric mindset, a passion for education & learning with strong written and verbal communication skills, be results driven - developing strong, actionable plans for KPI achievement, as well as experience in complex project management. Luxury retail experience preferred.
Develop and enhance the global strategy and the creation of content for retail team client development trainings, guidelines and communications - including video, digital & print. This will include strong integration with comprehensive retail training programs.
Establish and lead processes to effectively deliver all client development content to our end users, in close partnership with cross functional teams. This will include:
* Prioritization of client development activities with comprehensive retail team priorities * Management of content calendar to maximize each communication channel, across various levels of the organization * Management of internal site content
Manage and continue to enhance the effectiveness of our Regional CRM & Client Development network in partnership with CRM Directors. Create and manage:
* Prioritization of activities and understanding of priorities to drive KPIs * Socialization of programs details, results & content across various workstreams * Receipt of key insights that fosters ongoing innovation and best practice / success story sharing
Identify and execute on new opportunities to increase customer engagement, spend and loyalty.
* Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years related work experience * Ability to work independently or with a team and to model leadership in global, cross-functional teams with strong influencing skills * Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams including Creative teams, IT, Retail Sales, vendors/consultants and multiple global counterparts to develop, launch and scale new initiatives * Infectious energy for building innovative customer experiences and passion for nurturing long-term customer loyalty * Experience with various marketing channels (email, mail, digital, eCommerce) * Skilled at and enjoys manipulating and understanding data and extract recommendations/propose enhancements * Autonomous and pro-active with a \"get-it-done\" results-driven mentality * Ability to multi-task and be proactive * Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes in complex environments to drive progress * Superb project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills * Impeccable written and oral communication skills * Skilled at and enjoys manipulating and understanding data to drive actionable insights * Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Previous experience working for agencies or brands in categories where executional excellence is valued (e.g.: Luxury Goods, Beauty, Hospitality) * Experience with retail * Relevant Master's Degree or MBA preferred
