With new innovations and exciting expansions plans in place, there has never been a better time to join the Ferrero Group and be extraordinary with us The Supply Chain Development Specialist is responsible for reporting, analytics and driving colleagues in continuous improvement across all supply chain areas of responsibility within North America, including supply network planning, replenishment planning, inventory management, freshness management, warehouse planning & costing, logistics planning & costing, customer service, order fulfillment, and end-to-end supply chain cost and performance. This role will provide overall project management across projects in the Supply Chain, as well as provide financial support, assist with budget management and ensure compliance with Group Operations policies and procedures. The position reports to the North American Supply Chain Development Director, also based in Parsippany, NJ. Main Responsibilities: Provide support to regional and market-based supply chain leadership in understanding overall performance and cost. Deploys advanced analytics and reporting tools to identify root causes, trends, and develop actions to improve. Day-to-day coordination of all Supply Chain projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and with the desired results Support Supply Chain management with analysis, cost/benefit and recommendations. KPI Alignment with Group Operations' direction and to ensure the timely management and reporting of this activity. Where necessary, an in-depth review of the root cause(s) should be performed with suggested corrective measures identified. Support Supply Chain management in budget management and financial analysis Responsible for capacity planning, analysis and proposals Ensures compliance with Group Operations' policies and procedures Manages completion of the annual Sustainability Study Prepares proposals on investments Ensures all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintained. Experience: 7-10 years total experience in similar roles, predominantly in Supply Chain analytics, budgeting and planning Working knowledge of warehousing, planning and transportation systems Strong project management experiences and proven track record of success Working knowledge of Manufacturing and Co-Pack Operations, including Quality Assurance Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency, including expertise in SAP or similar ERP system Experience in a corporate environment in the FMCG industry, ideally in food/beverage Bachelor's Degree required.
