Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains repository of informational responses for client initiated Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to support commercial efforts across the Clinical Trials Division
  • Provides support to the commercial team in responses to RFIs and RFPs
  • Coordinates technical team members (liaisons and subject matter experts) to deliver tailored, integrated solutions for larger opportunities
  • Supports Account Executives and Global Relationship Directors (GRDs) on large, competitive opportunities via participation on the Triage team
  • Coordinates with commercial, service line and marketing representatives across Pharma Services Group to avail CTD commercial teams with current, global information regarding site and service capabilities, capacities and limitations
  • Develops and maintains CTD site selection grid based upon current and future facility capabilities, capacity and limitations
  • Maintains Subject Matter Expert (SME) lists for use in the review of Fisher Clinical Services quotes
  • Reports data on RFIs, RFPs and Triage team activities
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years post-secondary education.
  • At least 5 years of high satisfactory experience in clinical supply chain services.
  • Ability to assess clinical study requirements, propose and present alternative, more efficient solutions
  • Prior experience in developing solutions and engaging directly with clients in an operations, client services or sales capacity
  • Excellent professional writing skills
  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to groups of managers and/or clients.
  • Ability work in a highly independent, virtual team concept with colleagues dispersed in several countries.?
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
