Location Denver, CO Description Our client is currently seeking a IT Business Partner The Commercial IT Business Partner will be a key member of the IT organization, reporting directly to theCIO. He or she will be responsible for managing the IT Commercial technology strategy in conjunction with Company commercial leadership. This will include but not limited to Sales, Customers,Consumers, Marketing, and Customer Service processes and the technology platforms that support these functions within Company. This job will have the following responsibilities The position will lead a group that will be responsible for building a commercial IT strategy,facilitating and helping to document business processes, evaluating and influencing technology platform decisions, and partnering with key leaders across the IT and Commercial functions within Company. This role should have strong technical acumen, strong commercial business acumen, as well as the ability to establish close business relationships across the enterprise. Working closely with business stakeholders, this role will establish and drive a long-term commercial IT strategy and road-map and manage increasing demand for business process design facilitation. This role will participate on the following leadership teams within Company IT Leadership Team, Sales Leadership Team, Marketing Leadership Team, Customer Service Leadership Team. Representing the Information Technology organization as a single pointof contact for our commercial functions within Company (Sales,Marketing, Risk) Serve as a key driver on various new technology initiatives and programs on behalf of IT organization, including CRM strategy, E-Commerce technology, pricing technology, and customer analysis. Conduct research into new technology that is being used to advance companies commercial strategy, customer analysis and customer touch points. Collaborate with internal IT disciplines including architecture tonsure new technology proposals align with overall enterprise technology road map Serve as strong advocate for human-centered design and process-first approach to technology implementations across the organization. Support various functions responsible for commercial delivery within Company, including Sales, Marketing, Risk, and others as needed. Partner with other functions within IT to create comprehensive solutions that support Company, including Product Development, Data and Analytics, Security, and Infrastructure and Operations. Manage a team of Business Analysts that facilitate process design,requirements gathering, and support for Company commercial business. Bring technology leadership to the business leadership teams for Marketing, Sales, and Risk. Create the operating model to manage demand for the Commercial IT team to ensure the right prioritization and return on investment. Understand business demands and manage the overall investment for Commercial-related initiatives. Create an organizational strategy designed to deliver Company key commercial strategy initiatives.EducationExperience Required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management,MIS, or similar technical discipline. 10 years effectively leading and managing employees, managing performance, setting goals for teamindividuals and providing mentoring. 5 years' experience with CRM technologies, E-Commerce technologies, Contract Management, and Order Management technologies.
