Desired Skills and Experience Skills and experience we especially value Minimum of 1-10 years of experience in agency side Recruiting. Experience in sourcing, selecting, recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating a variety of technical and non-technical skill sets. Experience with high-volume recruiting environments Experience in proactive candidate sourcing from multiple sources (this is not a data mining role). Experience negotiating salary, relocation, travel, etc. Ability to maintain confidential company and personal information. Experience in selling candidates on the merits of a career with a particular company. Knowledge of Bullhorn CRM a big plus. What personal attributes should you possess? You should be passionate about the business, able to keep multiple balls in the air, and thrive in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Obviously, you should be a people person with the ability to build rapport quickly. That will help you build solid relationships with your clients on both sides of the recruiting ledger. You should be trainable, motivated, and always seeking to improve-a team player who wants to have fun while you make money. Of course, you should be able to accept responsibility for your results, be willing to work hard to achieve your goals, and have a great sense of humor to help you get through the tough times! You'll be responsible for all areas of technical and professional recruiting including sourcing, selecting, recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. You will work closely with industry managers, helping them identify job requirements, create job descriptions and interview guides.
