? 5-10 years of experience preparing cost estimates and budgets for major Department of Defense (DoD) programs. ? Navy aircraft carrier, subs or other shipbuilding program experience. ? Proficiency in ACEIT, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Crystal Ball is desirable. ? Ability to obtain and maintain the proper clearance and U.S. citizenship is required. ? Additional relevant experience desired for applicants includes: ? Life cycle cost estimate development and documentation ? Cost estimating methodologies, relationships and model development ? Cost databases (including data collection, validation and normalization techniques ? Risk analysis ? Time-phasing ? Estimate-at-completion (EAC) development ? Business case, net present value and cost benefit analysis Responsibilities: ? Conducting cost analyses in support of Analyses of Alternatives (AoA), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), trade studies, and cost analyses for government clients. ? Providing analytical support for reporting and development requirements, financial analysis and budgets, program controls, and implementation for government programs.
