The FP&A Manager will partner directly with the Chief Financial Officer and the leadership team to drive and manage financial performance through insightful analysis, planning, and recommendations to make the best strategic and tactical decisions for TeamSnap. You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial analysis of our company - including modeling, analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators and performing monthly variance analysis with accounting leadership. This position will report directly to the CFO, but will also function as a key business partner to the General Managers of the lines of business, providing insight and decision support. What you ll be doing: Management of the entire FP&A function Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning activities of the organization Develop budgets with department heads that align with TeamSnap s financial goals Prepare, in partnership with Controller & accounting team, financial reports and analysis for monthly operating reviews Perform analysis and report on key performance indicators for lines of business operations Contribute to and/or lead special projects and other ad hoc tasks Forecast business performance and analyze leading indicators to provide insight and enable proactive business decisions Prepare business cases to investment decisions Prepare presentations for leadership team, Board of Directors and investors Other duties as assigned Some things that are important: 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; Masters Degree a plus Expertise in building financial models to support multiple business needs Owning/driving budgeting and forecasting processes Creating performance/operational metrics tracking mechanisms and reporting High growth company experience preferred Strong Excel skills; proficient in database and ERP systems Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both orally and in writing You have a positive, can-do attitude that you bring to work daily You understand how to build from the ground up and will dive in and do whatever is needed Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented
