Summary of Position:

Account Managers play a critical role at TNE, as they are the principal face of the company to the clients as well as having close working relationships with candidates. The Account Manager must possess effective professional and technical skills, as well as exhibit personal characteristics that result in successfully filled orders, satisfied clients and candidates. Account Managers identify and communicate priority orders. They also are responsible for business development and adding new clients.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Drive the recruiting process by submitting candidates to the client, customer interview and placement of candidates.
  • Manage candidate from the client interview process through the contract period. Assess and investigate contractor related problems and administer performance counseling, coaching and disciplinary measures when necessary
  • Ensure the necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug testing are completed
  • Prepare and communicate the job offer to selected candidates.
  • Use recruiting and sales skills to influence effectively the candidate and client, while driving the recruiting process, including relationship building, overcoming objections, targeted and timely follow-up, prep/debrief and closing techniques.
  • Consistently working on adding new clients - business development.
  • Contribute to the development of the sales funnel by generating leads when engaging with candidates (qualification and referral process) and skill market candidates when appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain internal/customer relationships; ensure assignment/order information is accurate by obtaining detailed requirements from the client; understand and communicate process and hiring procedures to clients.

  • Education and Experience:

    Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree
  • At least 2 years full desk recruiting, account management
  • Staffing experience is a must
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Outlook
  • Must have a valid driver s license with current auto insurance
