Taboola, the world's largest content recommendation platform, is hiring a dedicated, data-driven Associate Account Manager, with a passion for digital media to optimize revenue and serve as a valuable support resource for SMB publishers.
Responsibilities and skills:
* Work with SMB publisher partners to implement the Taboola publisher platform * Identify and upsell revenue growth opportunities during the first 90-days post-partner launch * Develop existing partner relationships by upselling new initiatives, improving partner KPIs and maintaining partner retention rates * Track test and post-launch performance on assigned publisher accounts, and provide strategic direction for new opportunities to grow revenue. * Manage and grow relationships with publisher clients * Be the expert on revenue optimization for a large book of business * Ability to prioritize and react quickly * Work closely with the Sales & Product teams in order to become a valuable resource both internally and externally
* BS/BA required * 1-2 year of professional working experience in digital media or equivalent, relevant internship experience * Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills * Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data to detail to build, maintain sales funnel, optimize sales process & manage accounts * Strong phone and email etiquette
