Who are we looking for?High school diploma or equivalent. The ability to communicate effectively with customers, all levels of staff and management, both written and oral is essential as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of billing systems is a plus.

What will you be doing?Incumbent will perform clerical work in various phases of Company commercial operations and operates the telephone switchboard. Duties include, but not limited to: handling and completing customer inquiries concerning billing, metering devices, collections, applications for service lines, advises customers of building rate charges and meter fitting fees, etc., receives payments, balances cash drawers and prepares bank deposits and transmittals daily.
