JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary / ObjectiveThe Recruiting Coordinator assists Senior Management in developing, managing, and monitoring recruitment processes and procedures. Responsibilities' include creating and maintaining service level agreements that support all models, provide administrative support to client and recruitment efforts and act as a liaison to manage and fill all open requirements with qualified candidates. System Management and Requisition Fulfillment:Enter and manage new and open requisitions in ATS.Tracks all candidate communication in applicant tracking system (ATS)Processes job requisitions in a timely fashion maintaining adequate levels of support on assigned jobsUses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidatesSolicits feedback from internal members of the team and shares updates with candidates and contractors Candidate Onboarding and Time EntryAssistant with candidate onboarding and time entry.Delivers high quality service to customers and contract employeesDelivers employment offers and communicates important onboarding informationConfirm start dates and keep communication with contractors once assignment startsConducts employment verifications if requiredConducts candidate reference checks if requiredFollows up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as onboarding package completionSends out exit interviews when terminating employeesAdhere to company SLA's to ensure work and responses are executed in a timely fashion Recruiting / Account ManagementAssist in maintaining communications with clientsProvide interview preparation and debriefManage ongoing conference calls and ensure important information is disseminated to the teamAct as a liaison for internal and external communicationsAssist in recruiting for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and contract bidsInterviews candidates by phone or in personConduct candidate screenings to ensure quality and compatibility with open requisitions. Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibility Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones/smartphones, and photocopiers/scanners.
