As a Staffing Coordinator you need to know how to:
Be responsible for the coordination and trackingof clinical personnel placement for all clinical shifts in the Denver metroarea care sites to ensure appropriate staffing levels for the safety of ourpatients and associates.
Utilize the system-wide staffing and schedulingsoftware to manipulate schedules and planned staffing for units.
Review current staffing levels as compared toactual projected volume and staffing needs as predicted by care sites.
Coordinate with departmental clinical leaders toidentify and equitably fill the staffing needs.
Manage float pool associate daily deployments toall Denver metro area care sites.
Track and update associate staffing changes(sick calls, on call/cancellation dates, & unit they were placed on).
Manage all staffing office incomingcommunication via email, voicemails or phone calls.
Ensure compliance with internal and externalpolicies and regulations.
Prepare and submit reports on staffing incidents.
Update databases as needed.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
Associates degree, preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of staffing experience,required
Knowledge of Kronos scheduling system, preferred
