Are you looking for a new and exciting career change that provides growth opportunity? SiteWise has an open position in our Utility Locate Department, that will offer administrative support. The Operations Administrative Support role is responsible for scheduling appointments for customers in conjunction with field staff. This position experiences high call volume from field personnel and customers, fielding locating requests and scheduling specialty locates while maintaining a high-level of both internal and external customer service. Responsibilities

Field telephone calls from locators and customers; maintain customer contact as appropriate Scheduling multiple services for customers and employees throughout the state of Colorado; adjusting schedules as the demand or services change including emergency changes. This scheduling is for a team of approximately 50 technicians Provide daily recap of certain services occurring each day Pulling reports for billing purposes Reconcile daily work schedules with operations team members Report End of Day reviews to via recap report Pulling time reports to submit to payroll Review weekly contract work orders weekly Verify work orders daily for accuracy Create work orders for services Data entry into SAP and proprietary systems

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills Ability to respond professionally to customers and employees via telephone, email, etc. Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask Strong computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and change directions quickly

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent1-3 years experience in an office or support role
