Job Description

Campaign Creation Director-005GZ7To join the Campaign creation team in furthering the Marketing Transformation along the marketing value chain of attract, engage & convert from digital and display advertising to social media to offline channels into sales orders through campaigns.He or she will be leading and developing a team and also partners with GMBU Strategic Marketing and other functional marketing teams (thought leadership, Digital Customer Experience, Media, Social Media, etc) to help us accomplish our campaign goals with the highest levels of speed, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.Serve as trusted advisors to GMBU strategic marketing leads and be able to lead campaign creation from start to finish, from creative brief development, defining project scope, deliverables and timelines, creating campaign asset kits to support country deployment to reporting on campaign return on investment to senior management, explaining variances and making recommendations.Additionally, the Director of Campaign Creation is responsible for staying abreast of industry trends and marketing campaign best practices to provide guidance to the team on campaign creation, how campaigns should be employed and how to improve the yield throughout the marketing funnel using metrics and empirical quantifiable data. Roles and Responsibilities1. Establish team and individual goals and metrics and ensure that campaigns created by the team are delivering on goals and impact.2. Guide the team in the development of campaign creative brief to ensure strategy, objectives, expected outcomes and performance measures, target audience, etc.. are in alignment with inputs from GMBU Strategic Marketing Partners and resulting in compelling campaign ideas that resonate with target audience.3. Collaborate with GMBU Strategic Marketing to prioritize creative assets requirements to support an effective customer journey with campaign creative assets by personas and customer type.3. Assess requirements of all campaign projects to build and drive effective projects plan including project scope/deliverables/timelines, milestones (from scoping to design to final approvals and delivery) & timely flow of information with project stakeholders including communicate updates if there is a change in project statement of work, schedule and estimate.4. Oversee the approval process (BME, BU Plug-in and also CMO for new campaign concepts) and ensure Campaign assets are ready for execution (proof reading, testing, etc)5. Ensure consistency of assets and organization s brand & identity is adhered to in campaigns across all communication channels.6. Support GMBU Strategic Marketing with campaign guidance communication with country marcom team and ensuring campaign creative asset kits are provided and included in overall campaign guidance.7. Review and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and make recommendations on changes needed for future campaigns.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership ability; more than 10 years of extensive experience leading cross-departmental teams on a variety of B2B marketing campaigns from inception to completion.? Ability to foster professional development and motivate direct reports.? Superb written and verbal communications skills. Ability to influence and persuade senior audience, of the wisdom of proposed campaign ideas.? Outstanding strategic thinking skills, exercise judgment and problem-solving ability andresourcefulness? Collaborative mind-set: You will have to work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement & measure all campaign activations across multiple markets.? Ability to work independently with little direction, and self-motivate? Ability to think like a customer and advocate for customers and the community? Creativity and ability to generate big, new ideas and take (smart) risks to deliver on unique campaign ideas that creates buzz in the market? Strong project management skills with ability to manage large-scale, complex projects acrossfunctional teams with discipline and precision? Experience in the use of digital marketing & social media for lead generation and content marketing? Speed, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment? Data and results driven with exceptional knowledge around metrics, KPI, ROMI analysis and A/BtestingKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:? Knowledge of IoT Marketing? Experience in End Market and/or Channel Campaigns
