Job Description
Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care at Northbridge offers
residents convenience, gracious living, and amenities. Residents enjoy

CMS rated Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center; SALMON
Adult Day Health; and SALMON Center for Early Education. The variety
of services allows clients and residents to have their changing care
needs met on the same campus. SALMON Center for Early Education offers
staff members first priority and discounts on their child care, along
with convenience and peace of mind. The on-site Center also allows
intergenerational programming to take place, enriching the experience
of the youngsters and residents alike.
Description:
Responsible for community sales activities by effectively moving
prospects/referral sources through the sales process to close.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute weekly goals for lead contact, presentations and
closings
Connect with a sufficient volume of leads and prospects by
phone/email daily to create the velocity of sales needed to meet
established goals
Skillfully discover the needs of prospects or their
representatives to ascertain how the community will meet their needs
Call on prospects in their homes
Make evening or weekend appointments, when necessary
Maintains REPS data base effectively and in a timely manner
Schedule and conduct sales presentations for prospective residents
and their families
Present the community s products and services to prospective
residents, families, referral sources and the local community
Be familiar with and know how to use the various methods of
closing to achieve the desired result
Make group presentations
Maintain knowledge of the SALMON Family Health and Retirement
services and that of the competitors in order to sell and accurately
explain the SALMON difference
Maintain prospect relationships through consistent communication
by phone, mail, e-mail or 1:1 contact.
Manage and update customer expectations in a positive manner to
assure an informed, supportive and committed prospective base
Ensure a smooth transition for the residents from the sales
process through the move-in process
Establish and maintain complete and accurate records of all
reservations, holds and cancellations, as well as available
inventory
Responsible for securing final commitment from prospects and
follow-through for all related paperwork
Focus on assisted / independent living, but responsible for
understanding entire CCRC
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
a) Ability to create enthusiasm with leads and prospects and
motivate them to a closing decision.
b) Ability to effectively communicate in writing and in person with
potential prospects, influencers, residents, families and the
general public.
c) Proven sales track record; effective selling and closing skills.
(Senior housing sales a plus).
d) Ability to diplomatically communicate with other staff (on campus
and all other SALMON Health and Retirement sites) and company
management.
e) Desire to work with seniors and their families in a sensitive,
supportive, caring manner.
f) Positive attitude, ability to work as a team, energetic and
enthusiastic.
g) Ability to work evenings and weekends
h) Self-motivated, organized and professional
