Salisbury Behavioral Health, Inc. is currently seeking a Recovery Support Adviser to join our dynamic team of experienced professionals in our Supported Independent Living facility.

The Recovery Support Adviser provides a wide range of guidance and support to enable individuals to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community. Staff will support and supervise positive peer interaction, assist with problem-solving skills, activities of daily living, medication management and socialization effectiveness. Staff will also support residents with life goals and physical/mental health wellness.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor/administer medications
Daily documentation
Ensure the health, safety and welfare of individuals
Promote recovery
Assist and encourage ADLs/IADLs
Transport individuals to appointments

Training provided.

Supported Independent Living facilities are open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.

Available Shift

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday - Friday (Full time)
3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Saturday and Sunday (Part time)

A high school diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to successfully complete required criminal history background clearances and screenings
