Position Type: Full Time $60,000 base salary plus 400.00/month auto allowance Sales Partnerships Inc., a contract sales organization founded in 1997 with the mission to combine best practices in sales recruitment, training, management, quality assurance, and selling technologies into a complete service platform is currently looking for a Field Marketing Agent for a Fortune 100 client that is one of the most respected financial services companies in the world. Youll be responsible for quality assurance while promoting our clients value and brand to small and medium-sized business accounts to ensure brand awareness in a designated territory. Youll use consultative customer service and sales effectiveness techniques to market program initiatives. You should be comfortable and efficient in territory management, hitting assigned metrics, documentation and reporting, accountability, and possess a strong attention to detail and high-quality interpersonal skills. Job Duties and Responsibilities: You own a reliable automobile, possess a valid driver's license and have current auto insurance with limits that can be increased to meet our company requirements Youll be required 8 hours in the field visiting 30 plus businesses a day with the goal of having value conversations with decision-makers Youll be sitting down and standing for long periods of time Youll be getting in and out of your vehicle up to 35 times a day Youll be able to walk up to 5 miles per day Youll have to be able to carry up to 15 pounds Qualifications and Skills: Organized with a high attention to detail Willing to work in the field at least 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm) Ability to meet weekly and monthly activity metric goals Able to effectively present and educate businesses on our clients brand value High degree of professional interpersonal communication skills Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity Proficient in using company-issued iPhones, iPads, and CRM systems to manage and document daily activities 2+ years of B2B field sales experience is a plus Why you should work for us: Compensation:$60,000 per year plus $400.00/month car allowance Benefits: Competitive package available once eligibility requirements are metMedical, Dental, and Vision Life Insurance 401K PTO/ Paid Holidays / Paid Sick Days HSA/FSA Plans We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
