We are looking for a General Manager to lead to our busy team.

The General Manager's Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead a team of both FOH and BOH employees
Implement, oversee, and maintain all policies
Maintain an A letter grade from the DOH by ensuring all food handling, sanitation, and food safety requirements are being followed
Foster a positive culture of a commitment to excel by example
Be the respected leader of a team of 60+ employees in a professional manner
Strong communication with in the management team
Maintain and stay competitive on purchasing policy, labor budget and HR policies and practives

Required Skills:
Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, and leadership
NYC DOH Food Handler's Certification
3+ years experience as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
A good sense of humor and passion for hospitality
Hands on approach to guests and staff
-Ability To function under stressful situations
-Events, catering for on and off site
-Highly organized
