Located in Neptune, New Jersey, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary role. Your responsibilities in this role - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups - Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally - Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems- Excellent problem-solving skills - Experience with IT support ticketing systems - Familiarity with basic networking concepts - Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server - Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred - Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - provided by Dice
