Minimum of a an associates degree (preferably in the Green Industry).
Possess a valid drivers license and must be insurable on companys insurance policy.
Able to supervise up to three crews simultaneously.
Able to effectively supervise, advise, and train field crew members.
Possess excellent computer skills.
Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
Has a minimum of five years experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction.
Is a plus to have a Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) and Certified Landscape Technician (CLT).
Construction Project Manager responsibilities:
Thoroughly familiar with all aspects of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction to include: estimating, production, scheduling, customer service, training, etc. .
Continually informs and updates company Operations manager.
Continually coordinates with company Crew Leaders (Foreman) as to job progress (or lack thereof).
Oversees the production of up to three jobs simultaneously.
Ensures all jobs are kept on schedule and on budget.
Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions to the Operations Manager.
Salary/bonus, and/or commissions: $45,000 - $50,000 Commensurate with Experience.
