How will I add value in this role? Develop a robust marketing strategy that defines how we go to market from both a product and customer segment perspective. Working with the head of brand ensure the marketing strategy supports our brand positioning and all messaging aligns so we clear voice in the market. Lead the development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in market, developing deep knowledge of our product lines and value propositions. Lead the development of segment messaging and activity that resonates with our audiences but also propels our brand identity and positioning. Manage the team to plan, and implement effective marketing plans that support the overall business goals. Ensure robust team management with regards to quality, capacity, productivity and prioritization of work. Develop the team through setting stretch goals that drive best practice and a data led approach. Be the go to expert on our customers and personas across market segments, be the expert on our competition and how we differentiate. Adopt an insight led approach through a deep understanding of our customers Be accountable for reporting to the rest of the business on the success of marketing activity and use analytics & problem-solving skills to make necessary adjustments in-year to drive achievement of the revenue targets, ROI and other KPIs.
