Job DescriptionSotheby's International Realty, Inc. is searching for an experienced Office Administrator for its East Side Manhattan office who will assist with operations to meet the needs of sales associates and the Brokerage Manager, while maintaining a reliable, personable, team-oriented and professional disposition.The responsibilities will include:* Daily Data Entry* Process Contracts in internal and external systems* Upload contracts and forms to the internal contract management system* Assist with real estate sales closings* Administer the New Agent On-Boarding Process* Process invoices for Admin and Marketing offices and bill back agents for expenses* Create & maintain building documents including Co-Broke Agreements for new developments and Offering Plans* Track agents license expiration dates and ensure proper renewals* Assist agents with Board Packages including typing of Financials, Cover Letters, etc. and assembly and delivery of the package* Maintain supplies with Front Office Coordinator* Drafting of Exclusive Contracts, Extensions, other documents as needed* Point of contact for agents when they have IT/Phone/HVAC/Building issues* Fill in for receptionist as needed* Various ad-hoc projects as needed for the office and support to agentsRequirements:* Minimun 3-5 years of relevant support experience* Must have excellent attention to detail* Ability to multitask in a high pace environment* Positive attitude and outlook even in challenging times* Strong customer service skills#LI-JG1Employment TypeFull-time * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
