The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is responsible for leading and growing new business revenue at Rauxa by acquiring new clients for the agency. The CGO will establish the vision, direction and strategy for how Rauxa will achieve its new business revenue goals and will marshal the appropriate resources across departments and offices to grow. The CGO has ultimate responsibility for driving revenue, growth, and profitability across new accounts at Rauxa.
The CGO will be an active, day-to-day agency representative of the agency at a senior level and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. He or she will be a dynamic thought-leader with a thorough understanding of the client's business, as well as possess outstanding leadership abilities and proven success in global client management.
What You'll Do:
* Assume overall P&L responsibility for all new business * Work in a proactive manner to provide thought leadership, strategic guidance and business building ideas * Actively seek new projects from contacts and acquire new client accounts from prospects * Collaborate with Rauxa colleagues across offices, evangelizing best practices, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring that Rauxa delivers the best possible product to clients with the highest level of service and professionalism * Provide internal teams with well-documented input, support data, and production materials as required * Manages new business budgets and communicate updates to CEO as needed * Keep appraised of all relevant client products/services/marketing developments * Effectively present, sell, and defend all agency work/proposals to clients * Ensure that proposals are delivered on time and are of a high standard of excellence * Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports * Conduct quarterly sales attack meetings with Chief Client Officer, President and CEO, as appropriate

* Hands-on client and agency leader with proven success in global client management at a senior level * Demonstrated sales skills and ability * Dynamic leader with outstanding presence, charisma and team building skills * An excellent communicator with demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and stand-up presentation skills * Demonstrated process management and leadership skills * Demonstrated measurable strategic experience * Demonstrated creative problem solving and analytical skills * Proven customer relationship management, digital and direct marketing skills * Able to motivate and mentor teams effectively * A self-starter with an ability to work well in a flexible, dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment
* A senior agency executive with a minimum of 15+ years of professional experience in digital, direct and data marketing, advertising, media, production and related disciplines * Strong knowledge of Relationship Marketing, CRM, Direct, and Digital Marketing * Understanding of Marketing Automation, platforms and technologies, as well as content marketing, social and mobile marketing is desired * Team leadership/management experience is required * BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus.
