Maintain the current state of Ralph Lauren corporate facilities floor plans using AutoCAD (CAD) and Archibus (CAFM), update asset locations, and execute space planning scenarios. Develop space plans and move scenerios in Archibus. Execute moves by providing direction to move vendors and corporate facilities associates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Audit, update and standardize architectural floor plan background drawings as renovations are completed * Create and maintain departmental polylines in AutoCAD following BOMA and ANSI space measurement standards * Update and maintain tabular and graphic space data in a corporate shared Archibus system to be consumed by multiple business units * Execute asset reconfigurations in floor plans (furniture, equipment, personnel) * Conduct personnel fit studies and prepare comprehensive space plans for move scenarios * Assist with in field surveys * Collaborate with corporate facilities personnel and other business units on space planning execution * Execute moves by directing outside move vendors and corporate facilities associates
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD 2015 and above * Knowledge of Archibus solutions preferred; or experience with similar CAFM systems * Familiarity with database management is advantageous * Experience drawing construction document level drawing sets * Ability to adhere to established graphic and data standards * Quick learner with strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills * Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to communicate effectively and enthusiastically with audiences having varying levels of tech-savviness * Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals and project objectives * Ability to accept input from multiple sources in varying formats and generate standards * Strategic thinking skills and ability to build on team ideas to develop innovative solutions and approaches * Manage multiple projects/assignments, meet deadlines and track progress * Undergraduate degree in Architecture or similar * 3+ years related experience in Architectural Design, Interior Design or Facilities Management
This job is currently based in NYC, but will shift to our campus in Nutley, NJ in fall 2019.
