Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Vice President, Growth - Northeast Region is chiefly responsible for managing our field sales teams within our existing and future markets we service within the Northeast Region comprised of RVPs, directors, and associates to achieve targets for the overall revenue growth into Privia Medical Group (PMG). The Vice President, Growth is a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing large complex enterprise business deals as an individual contributor and with managing a team to consistently meet and exceed their individual sales targets. The Team: Privias Growth Team is responsible for recruiting providers into Privia Medical Group (PMG) and our Accountable Care Organization (ACO), Privia Quality Network (PQN). Prospective practices vary from cold accounts, to stalled accounts, to previous No, for now accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with our Local Market Presidents and Sales & Marketing Operations team that provides support, qualifies leads, and generates opportunities for the field sales team. Day to day operations of the Vice President will be to accompany and support the field sales representatives as they pursue providers to recruit into PMG & PQN. Additionally, the Vice President will be responsible for managing the overall sales forecast and funnel, serving as an internal advocate for the field sales team, and directing ongoing training and development to raise industry and market knowledge as well as general sales acumen. Primary Job Duties: Individual responsibility for managing and closing large enterprise deals within the region Manage day-to-day operations of the field sales team including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and assessing overall health of the business Assist the field sales team by joining advanced-staged sales meetings and helping to close business Coordinate with internal departments including Legal, Finance, Population Health, Network Development, Revenue Cycle Management, and Marketing Work with the Marketing team to align messaging throughout sales process Develop training and development programs for the field sales team including mini-trainings on relevant topics (like MACRA or ACOs) Work closely with the Sales Operations Team to coordinate and meet the needs of field sales teams Support prospective physician visits to headquarters Attend and contribute to prospect eventS Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; Advanced degree preferred Minimum 10+ years of healthcare sales experience; experience directly managing a field sales team required Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a field sales team to hit their sales goals Experience managing the utilization of a CRM, preferably Salesforce, to segment markets, track activities, and manage sales pipelines Experience developing and leading skills training and development activities Must provide reliable transportation Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations Interpersonal Skills & Attributes: Extremely emotionally intelligent; Able to have honest, difficult conversations with team members Experience juggling multiple and competing priorities Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders Ability to motivate team members through coaching and direct leadership Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues under pressure Expresses ideas clearly and effectively, motivates the listener to action Responds calmly in high pressure situations Positive attitude toward company, work, clients, management, and team members Motivated, metric-driven self starter with an excellent work ethic Excellent time management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
