    JOB TITLE Recruitment Specialist full-time, permanent

    REPORTS TO Director, Global Recruiting

    DEPARTMENT Human Resources

    LOCATION Alpharetta, Georgia

    Position Profile:

  • The position will report to the Director, Global Recruiting.
  • The Recruitment Specialist will help us identify amazing candidates across all the PGi locations
  • This role is based at our US headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia but may require travel to the other locations
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing and hiring candidates. Must be delivery focused and enjoy interacting with a high volume of candidates daily. The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and dedicated to helping us build a qualified and diverse team.
  • Main Responsibilities

  • Hands on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Managing relationships with line managers, business unit managers and HR colleagues across the US, Europe and globally
  • Must be able to develop the tools and initiatives to maximize the PGi company image as an Employer of Choice, in a tight and challenging global talent market with aggressive competition for qualified high potential candidates
  • Work in partnership with the regions on talent acquisition strategies and agree on the planning, commitment and next steps moving forward to support to build the talent pipeline in the future
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding / Sourcing and candidate relationship management by providing the HR organisation with the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business.
  • Managing the requisition process
  • Scheduling of interviews, handling candidate feedback and offer process, etc.
  • Advertising vacancies both internally and externally
  • Promoting internal employee referral policy
  • Managing all applications, agency, direct and employee referrals
  • Screening and interviewing candidates for a full range of roles from entry level to senior management and across all functions
  • Lead and steer PGi projects as required
  • Source potential candidates through all relevant avenues, including the internet, internal referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs etc.
  • Attend recruitment and trade fairs, open days etc as required
  • Identifying new and effective sources for talent
  • Establish and build key partnerships with external resources
  • Develops and implement appropriate advertising and image strategy
  • Collecting market intelligence and keep in touch with recruitment trends
  • Issue offer letters and onboarding documentation etc. as required
  • Compile and progress paperwork in respect of starters, leavers, promotions and transfers etc
  • Check references and extend formal job offers
  • Providing accurate reports to managers on time to recruit, new hire turnover, etc
  • Reports metrics to management to demonstrate timely and cost-effective recruiting practices
  • Monthly reports and analysis on recruitment progress and trends
  • Work as part of a HR Team
  • Ensuring all procedures and processes are adhered to.
  • Perform all other job-related tasks, training and projects as required
  • Candidate Profile:

  • HR qualification, Business or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience recruitment role is required
  • Experience in technology and SaaS are a plus
  • Experience of high volume recruitment requirements across a number of locations is required
  • Experience in developing creative recruitment solutions to attract quality candidates and reduce costs where needed
  • Good knowledge of social media and using social networking sites/LinkedIn to seek passive candidates and promote the PGi employer brand
  • Excellent PowerPoint and digital media skills preferred
  • Experience working in a multinational organization with multi-national employees is required
  • Working knowledge of local working practices and employment legislation is required
  • Ability to interact effectively with management recommend & guide with confidence
  • Have a proven ability to be a strong team player and promote teamwork and provide support at all levels
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
  • Be capable of growing with the company and taking responsibility for self-development.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations.
