Pizzeria Locale is a popular neighborhood pizzeria inspired by the classic pizzeria of Naple, Italy. We work closely with farmers and purveyors to deliver the highest quality product to our guests. Pizzeria Locale is part of the James Beard Award winning Frasca Food and Wine team. We are looking for quality individuals for a sous chef positon. 3 Years kitchen experience is required and some management experience is a preffered. Individuals must have a strong work ethic and an even temperment. As sous chef, the applicant will be training and mentoring staff as well as upholding kitchen standards. The position is also responsible for ordering and receiving product. The sous chef must also ensure product is of the highest quality, and taken care of from the door to the plate.
