JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for ensuring that the recruiting process is followed and in line with the company's direction and needs.
Essential Functions

Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring need.
Consistently track and update requisitions and applicants in the Applicant Tracking System and make corrections when needed.
Write job descriptions, as needed.
Verify everything on job description and posts on all verified job sites (Internally, Externally, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and Facebook, etc). Post and re-post jobs as needed.
Follow sourcing best practices and help develop sourcing strategies for our business.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business strategies, organizational plans, and the talent landscape.
Identify trends and/or opportunities to improve hiring capability or results.
Participate in Career Fairs and any external events associated with hiring for the company.
Help with Interview Training to make sure Hiring Managers are compliant and comfortable in that role.
Participate in weekly meetings with General Manager and Hiring Managers to discuss everything Recruiting.
Design and update forms as needed to improve efficiency and turn-time for recruiting requests.
Work with Hiring Manager and to decide who has made it through the screening process and select those to be interviewed.
Maintain candidate pipelines, yielding high quality candidates for all hiring needs
Review applications and share feedback with the Hiring Manager.
Input data to ensure timely, daily offer approval.
Verbally extend and negotiate offers, explain benefits, answer applicant questions.
Create Offer letters and send from ADP for candidate to electronically sign.
When volume demands, Recruiter performs all duties associated with Interviewing, Backgrounds, Drug Screens and Onboarding, including but not limited to: o Schedule interviews through Outlook, as needed

Work Environment:
This position operates in a long-term care facility. This role may use standard office and/or pharmacy equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, rolling carts, fax machines and etc. A large portion of work shall be performed in the long-term care facility where the noise may be loud.
Physical Demand:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that should be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, walk, crawl intermittently
May be necessary to work extended hours as needed

Education and Experience
5+ years of experience recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience successfully developing and executing on candidate generation strategies
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ADP preferred)
Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines, including using relationship management techniques, that yield high quality candidates for short and long term hiring needs
Evidence of building candidate relationships and managing a network of talent
