The Advanced Customer Engagement Director (ACED) works across a broad, multi-disciplinary group of stakeholders to provide customer insights and patient driven solutions that creates opportunities for IM BU priority products with influential Medical Groups and Integrated Delivery Systems. The majority of the Advanced Customer Engagement Director's (ACED) time will be working directly with customers to accelerate and optimize customer engagement that drives incremental value for the customer, Pfizer and the patient.

  • Accelerate and optimize customer engagement that drives incremental value for the customer, Pfizer and the patient
  • Work with the IAT and MG-IDN customers to provide patient driven solutions that support mutually aligned goals for the customer and Pfizer
  • Work with the IAT and the customer in developing an optimal plan for effectively implementing, communicating and improving patient care that is aligned to appropriate goals and KPIs and customers capabilities
  • Ensure progress toward customer goals is monitored and plans are adjusted accordingly to ensure impact is established and sustained
  • Core insight generation for the Region that informs strategy and optimizes execution and customer engagement
  • Sharing of best practices across the region on the use of Brand and RCM resources that appropriately advances and accelerates customer initiatives
  • Lead, develop and implement the POA in partnership with the brand and the KAM RM in line with KAM Platform Goals and KPIs
  • Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise - specifically for
    • Prioritized therapeutic areas
    • Critical Account Management (project management + change management )
    • Customer organizational governance/decision making/capabilities/stakeholder management

  • Prior local marketing and/or in-line marketing experience with strong history of achievement and performance (4+ years)
  • Proven ability to bring develop insights, strategy and tactical plans
  • Extensive experience in sales, account management or other marketing/customer facing role
  • Cross functional experience is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong strategic analytical capability with sound business acumen and customer orientation
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize customer and market insights into prioritized marketing opportunities
  • Result oriented with effective planning, prioritization and project management skills
  • Core marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize local opportunities
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market and its customers
  • Effectively works with cross functional stakeholders and is capable of being an effective member of the regional team and Integrated Account Team
  • Strong persuasive interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Sound business acumen
